Shipping
It usually takes 7 to 10 days for a check or money order to clear.
We can only hold item(s) for 10 days when paid for by check or money order.
We use the USPS (U.S.Postal Service) for all of our shipping.
All items shipped within the U.S. have delivery Confirmation/Tracking numbers.
Delivery Confirmation/Tracking is not available for International shipments.
We ship the same day or the next business day after we receive an order with the exception
.of orders that are paid for by a check or money order which are shipped as soon as they clear.
Items are shipped in cardboard shipping boxes when possible. This is to
give the books maximum protection during shipping. This does not always apply to international shipments.
We send a email notifying the customer that their package has shipped
and include the tracking number in the email. This allows the customer to follow
the shipping progress on line if they go to www.usps.com and enter the tracking number.
This only applies to shipments within the U.S.
Shipping Rates
Media Mail within the U.S. is $2.99 for the first item and $.40 for each additional item. Delivery time is usually 5 - 21 business days.
Priority Mail (Expedited) within the U.S. is $5.99 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.Delivery time is usually 2 - 6 business days.
International First Class to Canada is $6.40for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. Delivery time is usually 10 - 14 days.
Priority International to Canada (Expedited) is $9.95 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item. Delivery time is usually 4 - 7 days.
International First Class - Global is $12.95 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item. Delivery time is usually 3 - 6 weeks.
Priority International - Global (expedited) is $14.60 for the first item and $5.30 for each additional item. Delivery time is usually 4 - 8 days.
The above delivery times may vary and are approx. times.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please let us know by email or phone.
We can do an exchange or refund depending on the situation. Your purchase price will be refunded if
the item(s) are received back to us in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) must be
returned within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note we cannot refund return shipping.
